Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended due to possible Covid travel restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and Refunds
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: 4% of the trip cost paid to date.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS:
If a trip participant withdraws from a trip after the published cancellation date, the trip participant will lose the entire payment upon withdrawal. If the participant can be replaced the participant will be refunded the entire payment less any costs incurred by the Club in addition to cancellation fees as specified above. If the trip participant cannot be replaced, the participant will be refunded the amount which the Trip Captain is able to recover by cancellation of lodging, transportation, and/or other commitments less any costs incurred by the Club and cancellation fees as specified above.
Trip Insurance is always a wise move to protect you in case unexpected issues come up and you need to withdraw from a trip. There are many companies available with comparable coverage. You should choose the plan and company that is right for you. The purchase of Travel Insurance is not mandatory for our travelers to participate on any Tulsa Ski Club trip. The Tulsa Ski Club does not endorse, and is not affiliated with, any trip insurance companies. The Tulsa Ski Club bears no responsibility or liability for the sale, pricing or execution of this insurance in any way.
