Beaver Creek is serviced by both the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Denver International Airport (DEN). Shuttle can be arranged from Denver airport via the link below.

Cancellation Policy:

Tulsa Ski Club – Trip Policies and Terms

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Trips require prepayment in full. One-third of the trip price must
be paid to reserve a spot. However, payment in full must be received not later than 20 days prior to
the "cancellation date" published on the Lift Line information for that trip, and sent by email to each
trip participant. Cancellation may be made without forfeiture of costs if made 20 days or more prior
to the "cancellation date." Refunds will not be issued until after the trip is complete. Cancellations
made after the "cancellation date" will be subject to a penalty of all nonrefundable trip costs incurred
by the Club for that member on that particular trip.
Note that trip prices are subject to change when caused by events beyond the control of the Tulsa Ski
Club, such as fuel charges, currency exchange rates, etc.
The official trip wait list requires an amount equal to the non-refundable processing fee with
registration.
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: 4% of the trip cost already paid.
