Drive Out Trip
12 hour drive from Tulsa to Pagosa Springs
30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area from Pagosa Springs
cost of transportation is NOT included in price of trip
Lift tickets will be available for sale on the Wolf Creek website. Pricing for upcoming season is not available yet. Tickets that have been purchased online can be picked up at the Ticket Office or at the Pick-Up Box located in the Base Camp or Alberta Area.

Full refund before October 26, 2023. After 10/26, refunds subject to TSC ability to obtain refunds from ski resorts.

Please be sure to read our Trip Policy and Terms before registering for this Trip. Membership in the Tulsa Ski Club is required. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. Some credit card companies offer trip insurance for trips paid for with their credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Trips require prepayment in full. One-third of the trip price must
be paid to reserve a spot. However, payment in full must be received not later than 20 days prior to
the "cancellation date" published on the Lift Line information for that trip, and sent by email to each
trip participant. Cancellation may be made without forfeiture of costs if made 20 days or more prior
to the "cancellation date." Refunds will not be issued until after the trip is complete. Cancellations
made after the "cancellation date" will be subject to a penalty of all nonrefundable trip costs incurred
by the Club for that member on that particular trip.
Note that trip prices are subject to change when caused by events beyond the control of the Tulsa Ski
Club, such as fuel charges, currency exchange rates, etc.
The official trip wait list requires an amount equal to the non-refundable processing fee with
registration.
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: 4% of the trip cost already paid.
