With an 80-year history, Winter Park Resort is Colorado's longest continually operated ski resort. Previously voted as North America's #1 Ski Resort by USA Today Readers 3 times and Colorado's Top Adventure Town by Elevation Outdoors, Winter Park is your launching point to Venture Out.
Winter Park Resort receives over 344.6 inches of snow annually and has the most consistent snow season after season. Winter Park Resort's base sits at 9,000 ft with 3,060 ft of vertical rise, putting its beautiful summit at 12,060 ft. Winter Park has 3,081 total skiable acreage, includes 166 designated trails and 1,212 acres of off-piste terrain, including Vasquez Cirque and glade skiing. Winter Park has 23 lifts, including three high-speed six-pack lifts, one 10-person gondola, six high-speed express quads, three triples, six double chairlifts, three surface lifts, and one rope tow.

Fly Up or Drive Trip
Denver International Airport is the best airport to fly into for getting to Winter Park. It's a quick 90 min drive to the town of Winter Park where we will be staying at the Best Western Alpenglo Lodge.
Winter Park is an 11 hour drive from Tulsa so if you are up for road trip, its a very drivable ski destination.
Trip Captain Flight and Shuttle Information
You can fly whatever airline you like and use any shuttle service or rent a car to get from the airport to the hotel.

To qualify for group lift ticket rates, we will need to order for 20 or more people. If 5 or more people have Ikon passes, we can qualify with 15 people for group rate.
Group rate for 3 day ticket would be $397 if we got enough tickets to qualify for group rate.

Cancellation Policy:
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: 4% of the trip cost paid to date.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS:
If a trip participant withdraws from a trip after the published cancellation date, the trip participant will lose the entire payment upon withdrawal. If the participant can be replaced the participant will be refunded the entire payment less any costs incurred by the Club in addition to cancellation fees as specified above. If the trip participant cannot be replaced, the participant will be refunded the amount which the Trip Captain is able to recover by cancellation of lodging, transportation, and/or other commitments less any costs incurred by the Club and cancellation fees as specified above. Refunds will not be issued until after the trip is complete.
Trip Insurance is always a wise move to protect you in case unexpected issues come up and you need to withdraw from a trip. There are many companies available with comparable coverage. You should choose the plan and company that is right for you. The purchase of Travel Insurance is not mandatory for our travelers to participate on any Tulsa Ski Club trip. The Tulsa Ski Club does not endorse, and is not affiliated with, any trip insurance companies.
