Lodging: El Pueblo Lodge
Price per person double occupancy includes lodging, transportation via sleeper bus to/from Tulsa, meals on bus, transportation to/from lodging and mountain, welcome party, and breakfast at hotel for three mornings. Third and fourth persons in the same room are extra person . Note that if more than two people are in the room, all persons must sign the Maximum Occupancy Agreement.
Transportation: Sleeper bus (price includes transportation to and from mountain).

Our bus will shuttle you to and from the slopes for skiing. The mountain features terrain for all levels of skiing & snowboarding.

Please be sure to read our Trip Policy and terms before registering for this Trip. Membership in the Tulsa Ski Club is required. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. Some credit card companies offer trip insurance for trips paid for with their credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and Refunds
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: $10 for non-bus trips priced under $100, $25 for bus trips, $50 for US air trips and $100 for trips outside the US.
CANCELLATIONS: Prior to 60 days of departure, money is refunded less the processing fee. Within 60 days of departure, money is refunded only if the trip filled and a replacement was found. If trip never filled, the entire payment will be forfeited. Any variances from these amounts and dates because of outside tour operator policies will be stated in an
accompanying trip disclaimer.
For members using a payment plan, their seat(s) on trip(s) are subject to forfeiture if second and third payments are not received within 30 day grace period (past due date).
Treatment, subsequent to seat forfeiture will be according the TSC trip cancellation policy.
