Angel Fire is our family friendly trip set for President’s Day weekend (February 15-19, 2019). This is a weekend trip that leaves Friday evening and returns Tuesday morning in time for school or work.  Angel Fire is a great resort for families with wide runs make it easy for skiers and boarders of all skill levels to excel. It is also a great place to hone your skills.

Price

  • $423 per person double occupancy ($393 early bird discount)
  • $600 single occupancy ($570 early bird discount)

Dates

  • Depart Tulsa afternoon of February 15, 2018
  • Return to Tulsa early morning of February 19, 2018

Trip includes

  • Roundtrip transportation via sleeper bus
  • Meals on the bus
  • Mountain welcome party
  • Lodging at the Mountain Spirits Condos (Walking distance to the Base area) 

Ski and Boarding Packages

Adult Skis/ Snowboard (13 & up)  $28 per Day + tax
Juniors Skis/Snowboard (12 & under)  $18 per Day + tax
Helmets
  $8 per Day + tax


Basic Ski rental packages include skis, boots, and poles 
Basic Snowboard packages include snowboard and boots.

Tubing

1 hr session $25 per person

 

 

Note

Please be sure to read our Trip Policy and terms before registering for this Trip. Membership in the Tulsa Ski Club is required. 

Trip insurance is strongly recommended. Some credit card companies offer trip insurance for trips paid for with their credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 60 days of departure, money is refunded less the processing fee. Within 60 days of departure, money is refunded only if the trip filled and a replacement was found. If trip never filled, the entire payment will be forfeited. Any variances from these amounts and dates because of outside tour operator policies will be stated in an accompanying trip disclaimer.

For members using a payment plan, their seat(s) on trip(s) are subject to forfeiture if payments are not received within 30 day grace period (past due date). Treatment, subsequent to seat forfeiture will be according the TSC trip cancellation policy.
