Happy September! In my opinion this means Summer is over, Fall is here, and ski season is just around the corner. It is time to start planning some ski trips! Hopefully everyone has had a chance to go out to the ski club website and look at the four trips we have planned.
The Winter Trip Sign-up Picnic is
scheduled for September 22 at Riverside Airport, Jenks, come out and enjoy food and fun with other
club members, ask questions and learn about the upcoming trips. Board members and trip captains will
be available to answer questions about all the ski trips. And there will be computers available if anyone
needs assistance signing up. There are also two trip captain positions available, one each for Red
River/Taos and Red Mtn/Schweitzer. Trip captains do get a discount on the cost of the trip so if you are
interested let me know and we can discuss your duties in detail.
Update to Red River/Taos Bus trip. There will be a $25 rebate to the first 20 people who sign up. And
remember the price will get a lot cheaper the more we have going above 20. You can save up to $327
per person if we can get 32 people to go on this trip. Sign up for the full price and a refund check
will be given out on the bus on the way to Red River. Feel free to contact me or come to the sign up
picnic or the next general meeting and I can answer any questions. Below is the breakdown of the
potential refunds depending upon the final number of participants.
