There is an easy way to get notified to a specific forum Thread. Just go to the thread in the forum you are interested and click the Subscribe button and when someone replies or adds a entry in the thread you will receive an email with the forum thread.
This is a great way to keep up with what other members going on the trip or outing are planning.
